Vision
To create new-age innovative unobstructed opportunities that will facilitate generational economic growth for Black and Brown residents residing in low-income communities.
Mission
The mission is to reconstruct the fabric of underserved communities through cross-pollinaton of social guidance and economic resources by connecting, training, trasitioning, exceling and building beyond the gate keepers. In fulfilling our mission, these enduring ideals will serve as a compass as our staff and Board maneuver the challenges inherent in philanthropy and social change.
Core Values
Faithville CDC believes that Black and Brown people must transition into ownership of their futures! The innovation economy of communities of colors must adopt core values that will create pathways for success; It is evident that scarcity, fear, and victimhood of the urban communities have held such community’s hostage for far too long. Faithville initiates and infuse its core values into every community we serve. We are not waiting around for the powers that be to make growth choices and upskill access points on our behalf anymore. Our core values are:
► Faith
► Love
► Integrity
► Education,
► Equity
► Resiliency
